Wwwowfactor - Games for kids
Loads of free games for kids of all ages.
My 7 year old showed me this site the other day. Incredible! Lots and lots (and lots) of free games. How come this wasn’t around when we were kids. Er, perhaps because the Internet wasn’t invented then?!
As free games go, the quality seems reasonably high. Some you’ll recognise by the brand (Disney, Sonic, anyone?), some you won’t. Some are obviously there to tempt you to purchase big grown-up versions of the same or similar, but if you can overlook the occasional commercial temptation (which is fair enough, really) then there’re hours of fun to be had.
Perhaps the most challenging aspect of the site (and perhaps the only real criticism) is in finding the game you want to play (again) just from the small icons filling your screen. A simple search feature would help.
