The Itomic offices, Perth and Melbourne, are officially closed from Monday December 24th through to Friday January 4th (inclusive). Which means that our official “all hands on deck” day back will be on Monday January 7th.
Rest assured that all sites that we host will of course remain monitored for “uptime”. Allthough we can’t guarantee to be as fast as normal in the highly unlikely event that hosting problems do occur, rest assured that we do have staff in place to respond to and resolve issues.

Most likely is that you’ll be transferred to our 24/7 human answering service, where you’ll be given the opportunity to leave a message and advise whether the issue can or can’t wait until our official return on Jan 7th.
