Australian Herbicide Resistance Initiative

2022
Redesigned around a growing library of articles, podcasts and video.

The Challenge

HRI’s existing website had grown organically over time on an outdated platform, resulting in a fragmented user experience and increasingly difficult content navigation. With a large and expanding library of articles, publications, podcasts, and video content, the challenge was to create a clearer and more scalable structure that improved usability and content discovery.

The Approach

We redesigned the platform around a more structured and content-focused user experience, introducing dedicated systems for managing and presenting posts, publications, podcasts, and video content. Through improved information architecture, refined layouts, and enhanced filtering functionality, we created a more intuitive experience that made navigating large volumes of research and media significantly easier.

The Result

The result is a far more accessible and scalable digital platform that better supports AHRI’s ongoing research, media, and educational initiatives. The updated website improves content discoverability, streamlines navigation across multiple content types, and delivers a more modern and engaging experience for researchers, practitioners, and the wider community.
