And then 3 became 4! We’re pleased to confirm Annie’s friend Diana (CPA Extraordinaire) as the 4th and final member of our Itomic swim team for the Rotto Channel Swim 2010. What (by her own admission) Di lacks in skills/endurance today, her attitude to training and improving more than compensates.
No team would be complete without affectionate nicknames, and this is how we’re travelling so far: “Front Crawler” Ross, “Lady” Di, ‘”The Flying Dutchman” Swaen, and Annie “Disaster Magnet” Stanley.
Finally for this month, Annie and Ross have both invested in Speedo floats, and Annie has joined a local swimming club. So now we’re REALLY getting serious. 🙂
