The Challenge

The existing CMS lacked the agility and usability required by Spirit of Tasmania’s marketing and digital teams. Content creation was bottlenecked by technical limitations, while the site architecture struggled under growing traffic volumes and mobile demand. A new solution needed to support rich user journeys, integrate with the existing Internet Booking Platform (IBP), and offer scalable, low-maintenance infrastructure suitable for peak travel periods.
