It’s just come to our attention (thanks Andrew S!) that fake emails like the one below are being sent around.
We can confirm 100% that these emails are NOT genuine, and constitute a phishing attack on your website hosting account.

If you can and you know how to, please report such emails as spam using your email software. Or at the very least, delete/trash them. Whatever you do, do NOT click on the link and login to your cPanel – because it’s not your cPanel you’ll be logging in to. If you do login to the fake cPanel site, you will have shared important security information with others of malicious intent, and bad things will almost certainly happen to your website. If you think you may have been caught by this trap, and Itomic are your hosting providers, please contact us asap and in the first instance we’ll ensure that your cPanel password is changed.
