The Challenge

CCUSNA had a basic website provided as part of a branding exercise, but more consideration was needed so the site’s content could expand. A key functionality requirement was to facilitate online membership, where the previous site only offered a basic PDF form.

We started by developing an understanding the new brand so we could better integrate it into an updated design. This was followed by a discovery process to ascertain the intended flow of membership approvals. We worked to understand the kind of content the site would need to offer.
