Here at Itomic we’re nothing if not contactable. We know that, as easy as it is to flick off an email, sometimes there’s just no substitute for getting on the phone and speaking directly with a real person. True, we aren’t staffed 24/7 (maybe one day…). but these additional “contactability” benefits come from being an Itomic customer:

  1. We’ve got a 24/7 human answering service in place. Your call will be put through to these lovely people under 1 of 2 conditions: either you’re calling after hours and no staff are in the office, or all our phone lines are currently in use. Your friendly operator will ask whether your call is urgent (can’t wait until next business day) or non-urgent, and then is empowered to pass the message along to us with the appropriate level of urgency attached. Rest assured that if your issue is a show-stopper (website down!) then your message WILL get through to a member of Itomic staff, 24/7, 365 days of the year. Reassuring to know this, we think.
  2. With offices in Perth and Melbourne we’ve got two timezones covered! If you’re out-of-hours with one office and inside-hours with the other, you’re most welcome to call the latter, even if it’s not the office you normally chat with. We’ll be happy to help.
