What we are doing to ensure continuity of our service to you during the COVID-19 pandemic

In these times of global uncertainty brought on by the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to share our plans to maintain consistency of service to you, our valued clients.
In brief, it’s business as usual for Itomic and all our team members and affiliates. The only noteworthy difference is that, as per Australian government directives and guidelines, we’ll be avoiding in-person meetings where possible and practical, in favour of video conferencing and phone calls.
As a digital technology company, remote working is normal for us, so we’re particularly fortunate in this regard.
All Itomic staff are free to work from home, for whatever reason, in support of their own health and/or those of their friends and families, until further notice.
Naturally we’re encouraging all team members to keep up-to-date with best practice official government health advice, and to act accordingly.
In the unlikely event that one or more of our team members are unable to work their normal hours then, just as we would normally, we’ll promptly advise any clients whose projects may be impacted, and we’ll manage accordingly, on a case-by-case basis.
