He admits to at least one blog attempt in the past, but this time “it feels right”, says Ross.
“I’m not a massive social networker relative some others in the industry, but sometimes there are things that I’m itching to say and share that simply don’t sit well in other channels, such as my Twitter account (short and sweet), Facebook (that I primarily reserve for family and friends),LinkedIn, or official Itomic news and articles.
Another factor is that it’s becoming easier and easier – not least thanks to mobile devices such assmartphones – to push your thoughts and ideas online when the moment takes you. That said, impulsive Twittering is not a good idea, as many celebs have learnt the hard way!
And the final reason is that we at Itomic are big users and fans of Google Apps for Business (ask us if you’d like to learn more), and recent infrastructure improvements to the service have made it even easier to add a blog to your existing company Google Apps account.“
